Kelley Phillips, with both national and international business experience, is a member of the Tallahassee Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, and a former member of the USA-USSR Trade and Economic Council. Kelley is a strong believer in reaching out to members of the community that may need an assist to achieve their goals and is actively involved with Literacy Volunteers of Leon County, Chamber of Commerce, Habitat for Humanity, Second Harvest, Leon County Schools Partnership in Excellence Program, Boys and Girls Club of the Big Bend and Tallahassee Rotary Club.

About four years ago Kelley founded the Tallahassee Rotary project Operation Discover to encourage Rotary members and others to mentor middle school age students in need of a “hand up” (see operationdiscover.org for details). The objective of the program is to show students that they do have a bright future and to help them learn the steps one must take to achieve that “bright future” for them and their future families.
